If you use the Palm Visualizer or share project photographs with our team, we may also receive property images, design instructions, and generated design images. Please share only information and photographs you are authorized to provide. Avoid including people, identification documents, or other private details that are unnecessary for your request.

How we use inquiry information

We use this information to answer your questions, discuss palm selection and project conditions, prepare proposals, coordinate requested services, maintain project records, and protect our website against misuse. Inquiry entries are stored in our website system and notification emails are sent to our team.

Property photographs and AI assistance

When you choose AI assistance in the Palm Visualizer, your submitted photograph and design instructions are sent to an AI service provider to produce the requested design. If you request a quote using a design, the design image and the details you submit are sent to our team. AI designs are illustrative planning aids. We do not publish submitted property photographs in public marketing without separate permission.

Payments

Our Contact and Request a Quote forms are for inquiries. Do not enter card numbers, card security codes, bank-account details, or identification documents in them or send those details by ordinary email. Online checkout is not currently offered on this website. Contact our team for document availability or to discuss a proposal. If we introduce online purchases, we will update this policy to describe the information collected and the payment providers involved.

Website operation and outside services
